Esther Tromp
Founder & managing director
Esther Tromp is an experienced attorney with a keen eye for both legal and human aspects. As a strategic lawyer and business advisor, she provides valuable advice to clients in a variety of situations, including cross-border M&A transactions, complex corporate restructurings and the establishment of strategic supply chain collaborations. She has now established a solid reputation as a transnational lawyer in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and mergers & acquisitions.
Esther is sworn in as a lawyer not only in the Netherlands but also in Germany. She has an extensive international, which allows her to operate internationally. She has completed the Grotius Specialization Course in Corporate and Business Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. Esther is registered in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Bar Association in the field of Corporate Law.
Esther is passionate about new business development, innovation and strategic commercial planning, both for her own firm and for her clients. Her negotiation skills, tailored guidance and incisiveness are appreciated. Her clients are mainly medium to large companies in sectors such as manufacturing, machinery/manufacturing and chemical industries, IT and manufacturing, ranging from emerging scale-ups to established growth-stage companies. Her strength lies in building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships.
Esther leads LAW FIRM after a successful career as an equity partner at a leading law firm in the southern part of the country. In addition to her work as an attorney, she consults with her M&A/FIRM colleagues in the broader context of acquisition consulting.
Sergiy Mukovnin
Investment and financial manager
Sergiy Mukovnin, CFA, MBA is an experienced corporate finance consultant and (interim) CFO with extensive experience in corporate valuations, acquisitions and due diligence. Sergiy Mukovnin studied in the United States and has worked for well-known telecommunications companies.
Sergiy has far-reaching expertise in due diligence and financial reporting, corporate finance, financing and restructuring models, project management and private equity. He supports LAW FIRM's clients and their accountants in corporate acquisitions and other matters that (also) have a financial impact. The integrated advice in the areas of finance and legal prevents "legal tunnel vision.
